Refunds and Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a full refund of the original payment method.
insigniaexpress will Not offer refunds or returns for the following:
- On Sale items are final and cannot be returned
- We will Not accept returns or give refunds if products are damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Customer orders the wrong product
- Customer doesn’t like the product
- Customer ended up putting the wrong shipping address
- After the 15 days are up we will not accept returns or give refunds
We will offer returns or refunds for the following:
- We will offer a new replacement of the same product if it has been damaged during transit.
- We will offer a full refund if the product has been damaged during transit.
- Returned items must be in original packaging with their original contents that came in the package.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Customer must include a photograph or video of the damaged product for a refund or exchange.
If you wish to cancel any order for whatever reason you must notify us as soon as possible, If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. When contacting us please include your order number and email. Contact us at email@example.com

- Order number
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
It typically takes about 7 days or more for a refund to be processed to your credit, debit card. For PayPal it typically takes 3-5 business days
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
insigniaexpress is not responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
